You hereby agree that the IMKAN platform has the right, without prior notice, to assign any of its rights or delegate, transfer, assign, or subcontract any of its obligations arising under these terms and conditions, in whole or in part, to any third party, including subsidiaries or partners, without any breach of the user's rights. Any assignment or delegation by the platform does not affect the validity or enforceability of these terms against the user.
