Terms

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth opposite each, unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Registration" Creating a user account on the Imkan platform through the website or application.
• "Account" The electronic account created by the user on the Imkan platform, which enables them to make bookings and use services.
• "User" Any natural or legal person who uses the platform, whether for browsing, registration, or booking.
• "Service Provider / Seller" Any independent entity that provides accommodation, travel, tourism, medical, or luxury services through the platform.
• "Platform" The IMKAN.TOURS website and its applications, owned by Bee Global Group and managed by Bee Global Bahrain W.L.L.
• "Services" All travel, accommodation, tourism programs, medical tourism, and related services displayed through the platform.
• "Accommodation" Hotel or lodging accommodation service provided by the service provider.
• "Tourism programs, medical tourism, and luxury services" Programs and services provided by service providers, including but not limited to tours, activities, experiences, medical tourism, and business services.
• "Listings" Pages or displays of accommodation or services presented by service providers through the platform.
• "Booking" Making a reservation for one or more services through the platform, whether payment is made immediately or later according to the service provider's policy.
• "Booking Confirmation" The email message or voucher that includes the booking details issued to the user.
• "Prepayment" Payment of the value of the service or product at the time of booking before the date of use.
• "Payment Methods" Payment means available through the platform, such as credit or debit cards, bank transfers, or any other approved methods.
• "Currency Exchange Rate" The rate used to convert currencies when making payments, which may vary according to the service provider or payment entity.
• "Trip" Transportation or travel service provided by a service provider, such as airlines or transportation companies.
• "Main Traveler" The person whose data is entered during booking, who is authorized to make modifications, cancellations, or communicate regarding the booking, unless another person is authorized.
• "Private On-Demand Transfer Services" Transportation services by private car that are requested before or near the time of service.
• "Car Rental" Car service with or without a driver provided by an independent service provider.
• "Third-Party Broker" An independent entity that acts as an intermediary or distributor between the user and the service provider.
• "Travel Experience" Any product or service related to travel, accommodation, or activities displayed through the platform.
• "Privacy Policy" The policy that explains how users' personal data is collected, used, and protected, published independently on the platform.
• "Terms" These Terms and Conditions in all their clauses and updates.
