Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim, lawsuit, or legal action that is brought or threatened against us if the cause is:

The use of the services by any third party via your email, mobile number, personal identification number (PIN), or any other personal identifier.
Your breach of any of the terms and conditions of use, and you agree to pay compensation for claims, costs, and interests related to any such claim, lawsuit, or legal action.
Any and all losses, damages, costs, liabilities, and expenses (including but not limited to legal expenses and any amounts Imkan incurs in settling any claim or dispute with any third party) incurred by Imkan directly or indirectly arising from your use of the Imkan store or any other violation of these general terms and conditions, or Imkan's policies, guidelines, or provisions.
Any value-added tax or other tax liability that Imkan may incur in relation to any sale or purchase made through the Imkan store, arising from your failure to deduct, declare, or register for the payment of VAT or any other taxes due in any jurisdiction.
