The user agrees to indemnify, protect, and defend the Imkan platform (IMKAN.TOURS) from any claims, lawsuits, legal actions, losses, damages, costs, or liabilities (including reasonable legal expenses) that arise directly or indirectly from any of the following:

1. The user's use of the platform or services available through it.
2. The use of services by any third party using the user's data or through their account, including email, phone number, or any other verification or identification means.
3. The user's violation of any of these terms and conditions or any policies or guidelines adopted by the platform.
4. Any claims, disputes, or legal actions raised by a third party as a result of the user's use of the platform or breach of their obligations, including any amounts paid by the platform to settle such claims.
5. Any tax liabilities, including value-added tax or other taxes, that the platform may incur as a result of the user's failure to comply with their tax obligations or to declare, pay, or register for taxes in accordance with applicable laws in any jurisdiction.

The above does not prejudice any other legal rights of the platform under these terms or applicable laws.
