The use of the platform is conducted through an electronic system and does not require any physical or digital signatures. These terms apply to the platform and all its sections, services, and contracting parties.
The Imkan platform (IMKAN.TOURS) is owned by Bee Global Group and is managed and operated by Bee Global Bahrain W.L.L. It is a digital platform that operates as a technical intermediary to provide tourism booking services, accommodation, and travel-related programs and services through the website and mobile applications, hereinafter referred to as (the 'Platform' or 'Imkan' or 'we').
By accessing or using the platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these terms. If you do not agree to any of these terms, you must immediately cease using the platform.
These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain, and the exclusive jurisdiction shall be with the courts of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
These terms are effective as of September 7, 2025, and supersede and replace any previous versions.
