The Turkish company IMKAN INVESTMENT GROUP DANIŞMANLIK TICARET LIMITED ŞİRKETİ operates this platform. IMKAN.TOURS is a leading global platform that offers online booking services exclusively for five-star and four-star accommodations, as well as digital management of travel tours. The platform consists of a website and a mobile application, hereinafter referred to as (IMKAN.TOURS – the store or 'we').

By accessing the store, you confirm your understanding of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, you may not use the IMKAN.TOURS store or application.

Disputes related to these general terms and conditions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Istanbul.

The terms of service and any separate agreements under which we provide services to you shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
