Users may cancel their account on the IMKAN platform at any time by contacting the support team.
All obligations and responsibilities that arose before the termination date remain in effect and binding on both parties.
These terms and conditions remain in effect until terminated by you or by the platform. The platform may terminate or suspend these terms or any part of the services at any time, without prior notice, if it deems there is a legal or regulatory justification for doing so.
If a user registers an account on the IMKAN platform, the account remains active indefinitely unless suspended or terminated in accordance with these terms.
If a user violates any obligation set forth in these terms, or if there are reasonable grounds to suspect a violation of the terms, policies, or applicable laws, the IMKAN platform has the right to take one or more of the following actions, without assuming any liability:
Users may not circumvent any suspension, ban, or termination decision, including creating or using alternative accounts or other means to access the platform.
If any court or competent authority determines that any provision of these terms is illegal or unenforceable, this does not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions, which remain in effect and binding.
The platform also has the right to suspend or terminate the user's account and change their login credentials if it becomes apparent that the user: 1. Provided incorrect or misleading information during registration or while using the services. 2. Violated laws, regulations, or terms of use. 3. Engaged in illegal or dishonest behavior. 4. Caused security risks to the platform due to repeated incorrect login attempts or any action that threatens system integrity. The IMKAN platform assumes no responsibility for any losses or damages resulting from the suspension or termination of the user's account in accordance with these terms.
