The Imkan platform (IMKAN.TOURS) operates as a technical intermediary to facilitate the display and sale of products, services, and bookings on behalf of service providers (sellers), and to enable users (buyers) to complete purchase or booking transactions.

The Imkan platform is not a party to any sale, purchase, or booking contract entered into between the seller and the buyer, and does not assume any contractual obligations arising from that relationship.

The sale or booking contract is concluded directly between the seller and the buyer upon confirmation and acceptance of the order, and both parties become obligated to fulfill their commitments in accordance with the terms of this contract.

All sales, bookings, or service delivery operations are subject to the seller's specific business terms, including prices, cancellation policies, refunds, modifications, and availability, and these terms are made available to the buyer during the purchase or booking process.

The user acknowledges that they have reviewed and agreed to the seller's business terms before completing the order, and the seller alone bears responsibility for delivering the service or providing the product in accordance with those terms.
