Terms and Conditions of Sale

IMKAN facilitates sales on behalf of the sellers to sell their products and for buyers to purchase those products.

Although IMKAN facilitates sales on behalf of the seller, IMKAN is by no means a party to the transaction between the seller and the buyer.

A contract of sale and purchase for the product, bookings, or services is concluded between the seller and the buyer, and accordingly, you are obliged to purchase or sell the product, booking, or services once the order is confirmed and accepted by IMKAN express.

The contract of sale and purchase between the buyer and seller is subject to the seller's business terms in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. The seller's business terms will be made available to you during the purchase process between the seller and the buyer.
