These provisions aim to regulate the use of the Imkan platform (IMKAN.TOURS) to ensure the rights of all parties and maintain a safe and reliable environment. Your use of the platform constitutes full commitment to these provisions, and any violation may lead to appropriate action as outlined below.

These provisions are subject to the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain, taking into account relevant laws where applicable for users outside Bahrain.

2) User Obligations

• Use the platform only for lawful purposes and do not misuse it.
• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering or booking.
• Maintain the confidentiality of login credentials and assume responsibility for activities through the account.
• Obtain explicit consent from any third party when entering their data (booking on behalf).
• Respect intellectual property rights and do not reuse content without written permission.
• Comply with regulatory verification requirements (KYC/AML) when requested.
• Users must be at least 18 years old.

3) Prohibited Activities

• Illegal, offensive, or content that violates the rights of others.
• Fraud, deception, or use of unauthorized payment methods.
• Hacking systems, security circumvention, or distribution of malicious software.
• Use of automated tools (Bots) or data collection without permission.
• Unauthorized commercial exploitation or promotion of external entities without consent.

4) Service Provider Obligations

• Provide services in accordance with confirmed offers and with transparency.
• Comply with applicable laws and licenses.
• Protect customer data and comply with privacy policies.
• Assume responsibility for any service failure or data breach.
• Clearly disclose cancellation and refund policies and fees.

5) Platform Responsibilities

• The platform operates as a technical intermediary between users and service providers.
• Makes reasonable efforts to secure the digital environment without direct responsibility for provider services, except in cases of gross technical negligence on the part of the platform.
• The platform does not bear losses resulting from misuse, provider negligence, or circumstances beyond control.

6) Violation Procedures

• Warning or notice.
• Account suspension or feature restriction.
• Permanent account termination and access ban.
• Taking legal action when necessary.

7) Amendments

The platform reserves the right to amend these provisions from time to time, and amendments become effective immediately upon publication, and continued use constitutes acceptance thereof.

8) Relation to Other Documents

9) Governing Law & Jurisdiction
